Under annual or recurring subscription models, the client is granted the right to use the system and services only during the subscription period, The client shall have no right whatsoever to access, obtain, copy, or request:

• Source code
• Backend codebase
• Internal system architecture or development frameworks

All source code and intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Codoo For Digital Solutions, and subscription usage shall not be deemed a transfer or license of ownership under any circumstances.

8. User Rights
